Following the release of the album "Begin Again", Ben Böhmer embarked on a major European tour. With sold-out shows at iconic venues across Europe, Nocte, in collaboration with Ben Kreukniet was invited to design the stage and create the video content that would complement Ben Böhmer's musical journey.

The visual design is inspired by the underlying principles of abstract expressionism with an emphasis on spontaneous, automatic, or subconscious creation.

We set out to create a series of abstract compositions that express transformations of Begin Again.

A collection of transient paintings that express vibration, resonance, impermanence and shifting perspectives through geometry, colour and light – carefully programmed to produce a unified audiovisual composition.

Fragmented, layered states evoke elemental beginnings and change.

A space in flux rather than standing still.
